My sincere desire is to create a nurturing space for you to discover your authentic self and express it boldly, one step at a time. Through various practices of Mind-Body Transformational Psychology, Therapeutic Shamanism, Hypnotherapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Sacred Plant Spirits, Himalayan Kriya, Elemental Unwinding, Internal Family Systems, Reflexology, and Kundalini Bodywork, I provide classes and workshops to support your personal growth, and to share with others. Together, we foster safety, establishing an environment where your true essence can blossom freely, surrounded by compassion, as you explore the intricate paths of your inner world.
Soul Integration
When I ventured into sharing my calling, I sought guidance on what to name it. My guides asked me to call it Soul Integration. At that time, I was unaware of the path they were leading me towards. Since then, I have been spirit-taught many healing methods that opened the need for more clarification through my formal training. Soul Integration involves the use of various tools and techniques to achieve soul unity and integration, embracing all aspects of oneself – every color, mood, and trait. Through this, we become more grounded, less anxious, and more compassionate. This practice directly impacts our brain and central nervous system, and the soma. Through it, we improve our relationships with others by enhancing our primary relationship with ourselves. Ultimately, this is a pathway of the heart to the center of all things. The harmony point. This work holds all of life, from birth to death, in a sacred and shamanic way.

Trainings
Reiki Certifications Level I, II, III
This course is crafted to provide comprehensive Reiki training through attunement, practical guidance, and hands-on experiential learning. Delve into the practice of embodied Reiki and daily Reiki practice. By completing this course, you will be certified as a Reiki practitioner able to hold safe space for others.
Reiki Master Teacher
In the seat of Reiki Master Teacher, you will already have embodied Reiki through a year of session work and deep personal study with proficiency and skill. Reiki Master Teacher opens as a call to your heart as the seat of teacher shines on the horizon. Here you will learn how to teach, to sharpen and polish your skill with the ability to share that skill with the next generations of healers.

Embark on a journey of learning and growth with personalized guidance in this unique course.
